On October 2, 2011, Seven Springs will host a free Vision, Dental, and Blood Pressure screening provided by Cahaba Valley Healthcare from 1:30 - 5:00pm.

The screening is provided for families living in Jefferson and Shelby Counties without medical insurance and with low income. Space is limited to the first 55 people who arive. 

If you qualify and depending on outcome of vision services, bifocal glasses for adults are available for $75 and single vision glasses for $60 to cover cost of lens materials.  Vision referral services are available for children as needed.
